Eyeglasses.com Scratch Warrantee Service Glasses

You have scratched your lenses, and these lenses you purchased from us have a manufacturer's warrantee against scratches.  Mail us your glasses with the scratched lenses; we will send them to the manufacturer for lens replacement, per their warrantee restrictions. 

We charge a $19 fee for this service, which covers shipping costs and processing labor.

Where to mail my scratched eyeglasses?

Here are the mailing instructions:  First, write down you email address, name, phone number, and shipping address onto a piece of paper.  Write a note that says something like:  "My glasses are scratched and I want them replaced under warrantee."  Put the paper and your scratched glasses into a box and mail it to the address below.  Use any mail service that has tracking.  We will contact you after we receive your scratched glasses.
