Any item purchased from Eyeglasses.com in its original condition and packaging with all merchandise tags attached may be returned within 60 days of delivery date for a prompt refund or exchange.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and a return lowers the dollar total of your order below the amount required for free shipping, a shipping charge of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. If you exchange an item it will be treated like a new order and you will be charged shipping and handling of $5.99.
You will receive a full refund of the cost of the item(s). If the return is a result of our error we will also refund the shipping cost. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return.
Items that are returned more than 60 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition or are missing tags or packaging will be charged a restocking fee.
