PROVISION OF SERVICES

Eyeglasses.com reserves the right to refuse to sell products or provide services to any customer. The presence of the website, eyewear articles (articles) and services for sale does not imply any requirement on the part of Eyeglasses.com to sell articles or provide services to customers. We can decide at any time for any reason not to sell articles or provide services to any customer. This right is solely at the discretion of any authorized Eyeglasses.com employee. In the case in which Eyeglasses.com does refuse to sell articles or provide services to a customer, Eyeglasses.com is not required to supply a reason for doing so. By using this website, you agree to abide by the decision of Eyeglasses.com if it decides to refuse to supply articles or provide services to you, and to forfeit any right or claims that you may have recourse to enforce Eyeglasses.com to supply articles or provide services to you.

RUDE CUSTOMER POLICY

Eyeglasses.com is a "customer service" business. Customers have many companies to choose from when making an eyewear purchase. We work hard to provide an "above and beyond" service level to our customers. We always do the best that we can. Our employees follow these four principals when working with customers, suppliers, other employees, and the world community: Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity. We expect our customers to treat us with dignity, respect, and kindness. As a result, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE FOR RUDENESS policy: Customers that are rude, mean, unpleasant, and/or unreasonable may have their orders cancelled and fully refunded at any time, at the full discretion of Eyeglasses.com management.

 

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

 

This site is owned and operated by EYEGLASSES.COM (referred to as "we," "us," or "our" herein). No material from EYEGLASSES.COM or any Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by EYEGLASSES.COM may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the EYEGLASSES.COM trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other proprietary rights. REPLACEMENT LENS SERVICE

We take extreme care when handling eyeglasses or sunglasses frames that you send to us for replacement lenses.  We first carefully evaluate the frame for any structural weaknesses or defects.  If your frame fails this first inspection, we will return the frame to you at no cost.  At no time do we have any obligation to provide replacement lens services, and we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.

Lens installation does cause stress on any eyeglass frame, and even brand new frames can be broken or damaged during lens installation.  It is a rare occurrence, but it does occasionally happen, even after our careful inspection.  EYEGLASSES.COM ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS CASE.  We are under no obligation to repair or replace a damaged frame.  You, the customer, assume this risk completely.  However, as a courtesy we can offer you a 50% discount to purchase any frame offered on our website.   Also, we accept no responsibility for frames that are lost in transit by a shipping company.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the site are presented solely for the purpose of selling our products in the United States and its territories, possessions, and protectorates. EYEGLASSES.COM makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

TERMINATION

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all EYEGLASSES.COM site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise. These terms will terminate immediately without notice from EYEGLASSES.COM if in EYEGLASSES.COM's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other EYEGLASSES.COM site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.
