and sunglasses, and support through phone, email, and live chat. These services are expensive,
and they are not provided by other online suppliers, so we offer a limited price matching

What We Price Match
Eyeglass frames and sunglasses - in the same model and color and size. Items that are price
matched have a different return policy:
They may be returned with a 20% restock fee.
How To Price Match
We do not price match over the telephone or in store. To take advantage of our price match
service, first place your frames in the shopping cart. In the comments box, add the web address
(URL) of the page with the currently advertised lower price. Checkout by selecting the "Credit
Card On File" option. We will then contact you if the order qualifies for price matching.
What We Do Not Price Match
We do not price match any custom lens service, custom work of any kind, sunglass clips, or
spare parts.
Additional Policy Rules and Restrictions
- Items that are price matched do have the manufacturers warrantee, which is usually 1-2 years.
- Price matching cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Only applies to the designated competitors' advertised retail price: their additional rebates or promotions are not eligible.
- Does not apply to other retailers' falsely advertised prices.
- Price matching is completely at our sole discretion. We may to decide not to price match at any time for any reason.
- The internet is filled with unauthorized dealers of branded eyewear, and also dealers of copied or illegitimate products, especially on Amazon and Ebay.
As a result, we will only price match against
authorized retailers of branded product.
