Crystal Vision Trivex Progressive Lenses

The Trivex lens material, is a great substitute for polycarbonate in certain circumstances.  Trivex material has a higher ABBE value than polycarbonate, which offers similar strength as polycarbonate, but with less distortion ("chromatic aberration").  The Trivex Progressive lens is available in this range:  -6.00 to +4.00 sphere, -3.00 to +3.00 cylinder, and up to +3.00 add.  However, if your prescription exceeds -/+6.00, you should consider a high index 1.67 lens or Varilux Physio Trivex lens in order to minimize lens weight and thickness.
